Recently, FPT has officially opened an office in Toulouse, France which enhances the opportunity to cooperate with top aviation company in the world, Airbus.

Recently, FPT has officially opened an office in Toulouse, France which enhances the opportunity to cooperate with top aviation company in the world, Airbus.

Speaking in the event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of Board of Director stated that “At the moment, the position of FPT has changed, from who receive the tasks turned to who designs the tasks. We are working with smartest people in the world about AI, data analysis, cloud computing to change aviation service. Opening an office in Toulouse house is a proof of how Vietnamese wisdom can compete globally.

Mr. Mathew Evans, Skywise Project manager said that “Airbus and FPT has cooperate in Skywise project comprehensively. This is a project of the aviation for the whole world. We aren’t only the companion for short term but rather long term”.

On December 14th 2017, FPT and Airbus signed Cooperative Development contract about aviation based on Skywise technology underlying of Airbus. Along with Palantir, IBM, CGI, Capgemini, FPT was the first presentative of South East Asia to become strategic partner in Airbus digital transformation process.

Right now, there are almost 100 engineers, technology experts of FPT who are in charge of project with Airbus. Opening an office in Toulouse house is not only a successful milestone of FPT in French market but also prove the capability of global competitiveness of IT corporations in Vietnam when officially being strategic partner in digital transformation of top aviation company in the world.

Skywise is considered as “the heart” of aviation technology. This is a digital foundation with superior connection and safety for users to optimize and anticipate things from technology to maintenance and flight activities. Thanks to data analysis and artificial intelligent equipment, Skywise enables users to access to detail data and precedent flight data.
