FPT opened second development research center in Japan

Speaking in the inauguration at Kariya Development center, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT’s BODs, said that The West of Japan was heading in the right direction when mainly focused on car technology aspect.

Kariya is the second development research center in Japan. Kariya, a city of Aichi Province, is consider as one of the center of car technology industry in Japan. The place witnessed the emergence of 4 giants of Japanese car industry such as Denso, Aisin, Toyota Industry and Mitsubishi. Besides, FPT had formerly opened a development research center in Okinawa.

Car industry is presently shifting towards connected, autonomous, share and services and electric trends. Kariya, with the presence of giants in car industry, is considered as one of ideal location to welcome the most modern technology in this industry. Accordingly, the foundation of development research center in Kariya near top companies in car production industry help to expose to latest technology trends and support customers in the most efficient way.
