FPT provides digital transformation consulting services for Minh Phu

FPT Corporation (FPT) and Minh Phu Seafood Corporation (MPC) signed a strategic agreement and digital transformation consultancy contract in HCM City on December 24^th.

Under the agreement, FPT and Minh Phú will focus on building a digital transformation roadmap to optimize the latter’s operating process, minimize costs and improve production capacity to enable it become one of the the world’s leading seafood technology companies.

FPT will apply the digital transformation methodology of FPT Digital Kaizen that is drawn from practical experience to identify issues to be resolved and exploit opportunities from digitalization, then build Minh Phu’s digital transformation process.

MPC smartly starts its digital transformation journey towards a global shrimp value chain

With its experience, technology and high quality human resources, FPT will give advice on the digital transformation strategy to help Minh Phu achieve breakthroughs, focusing on digitizing value chain, improving labor productivity, minimizing processing time, optimizing process and operating costs, and applying advanced technologies to the value chain to enhance the business.

MPC’s strategic goal is to achieve 25% by 2045. To achieve this goal, the urgent tasks are to automate its production process, create a big data strategy for the industry, synchronize information from all its operations, and adopt traceability technology and Develop Effective KPIs.

We needed a capable consultant who understands the operations of Vietnamese businesses, especially in the seafood sector, and is ready to go with Minh Phú in the journey of digitization,” stated MPC chairman Le Van Quang.
