FPT signed 67 million USD framework agreement, showcasing AI strengths

FPT has just inked a framework agreement worth 67 million USD with KMP Aryadhana, Indonesia's leading business association in innovation. The signing ceremony took place during General Secretary To Lam's state visit to Indonesia, marking a milestone in the strategic cooperation between the two parties as well as between the two countries.

The five-year deal focuses on rolling out KMP Aryadhana's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices in key areas such as waste management, digital education, collaborative education, and digital agriculture to ensure food security. The partnership will draw on FPT's strengths in artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, thereby pushing forward the use of advanced technology in areas aligned with ESG and education frameworks.
Digital transformation is set to play a crucial role in boosting KMP Aryadhana's innovation capabilities in Yogyakarta province while driving sustainable development in key sectors. These joint efforts are expected to cement the province's position as Indonesia's leading cultural and educational hub. KMP Aryadhana and FPT plan to set up an AI research lab and kick off digital transformation initiatives in education and ESG practices in Yogyakarta with an eye toward rolling out the model nationwide and globally.
