The journey began in 2014 when FPT made its first international M&A move by acquiring RWE IT Slovakia, the IT arm of Europe’s leading energy group, RWE. This acquisition marked a pivotal shift, as RWE IT Slovakia rebranded to FPT Slovakia and transitioned from providing internal IT services exclusively for RWE to offering a broad range of services to a global clientele.

Starting from humble beginnings, we’ve established a significant foothold in the European market. This growth journey has been driven by the relentless efforts and talents of our entire team. One of our key achievements has been attracting a diverse customer base across various industries, making us more dynamic and innovative,” shared Tran Coi, CEO of FPT Slovakia, as he reflected on the company’s 10-year milestone.

FPT Slovakia currently serves around 30 clients across Europe and beyond, spanning various sectors such as energy, manufacturing, trade, automobile inspection, and food. The company has significantly expanded its technological capabilities, moving beyond its initial focus on SAP services and testing to embrace new areas like e-Mobility, Cloud, and RPA. In 2023, FPT Slovakia achieved a remarkable 40% increase in revenue and a 30% rise in profit compared to the previous year.

CEO Tran Coi emphasized, “We are at the forefront of implementing and maintaining SAP solutions, and we play a crucial role in designing, developing, managing software, and providing independent testing and quality assurance for IT services in the energy sector. Additionally, we partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions in e-Mobility, Smart Home, and Renewable Energy.”
