FPT Software and NHG work together to implement ERP Dynamics 365 on Cloud

On November 3rd, FPT Software signed a cooperation agreement with Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) to deploy ERP Dynamics 365 on Cloud.

This is the key IT project of NHG in period 2017-2018, following the MoU between NHG and Microsoft Corporation signed in June 2017, to equip the Group with a unified and comprehensive enterprise resource management system (ERP).

The project is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: Implement modules related to Finance and Accounting, expected to last 8 months (go-live before 30/06/2018)

Phase 2: Implement HR-Payroll, Loan Management and CRM modules, expected to last 6 months (go-live before 31/12/2018)

Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 On Cloud will help NHG’s IT infrastructure catch up with the trend and reach the best practice standards towards the automatic workflow. In addition, it will help NHG’s leaders timely update the data and offer them deep insights into the system in order to make sound and timely decisions.

The leaders of FPT Software and of NHG signed the agreement.

Besides, the deployment of ERP project will help users streamline processes and procedures towards an E-Office in the future.

In the future, NHG will continue to integrate Front-End solutions such as Education Management, Student Management, Hotel-Restaurant Management ... into the Dynamics 365 system in order that the Group will use only one unified solution for the whole business.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy General Director of Nguyen Hoang Group Dinh Quang Nuong said: "We believe that with a world-class solution like Microsoft Dynamics 365, and FPT Software’s long-time experience in Vietnam, Nguyen Hoang Group will successfully implement ERP Dynamic 365 project in 18 months".

"With this project, Nguyen Hoang Group expects to have a unique tool that provides the best practice experience to help with streamline management and automatic workflow. NGH's management board will get deep insights into the system in order to make sound and timely decisions as the database is immediately updated," he added.
