FPT successively honoured at Top ICT Vietnam 2017

The award ceremony of Top ICT Vietnam 2017 was held by HCM City Computer Association (HCA) on September 19th. Three FPT's member companies were honoured with awards in 5 categories.

FPT Telecom was the only company to be honoured Top TCT for Internet –telecommunications service provider. According to the organizers, the award is given to FPT Telecom in recognition of its technological advancements and pioneering role on the market. FPT Telecom continuously takes the lead in optical infrastructure, successfully deploying IPv6 for over 1 million households, offering Internet service package with the fastest speed in Vietnam and investing in developing new services such as Smart TV, cloud computing.

FPT IS continues to be honoured in three categories including Top software service provider, Top IT system integration provider and Promising Product (FPT i.Hotel).

The trio reaffirms its capabilities and experience in finding appropriate solutions to meet customers' practical needs.

Meanwhile, FPT Software continues to affirm its position as the largest global software service provider in Vietnam with the title of “Top software exporter 2017”. Currently, FPT Software provides IT services and solutions for around 450 customers globally, 50 of which are on the list of the Forbes 500.

FPT Software is making strong strides toward 1B2020 (USD1 billion in revenue in 2020). The company has grown by 30% over the past three years. It reached USD100 million in revenue in 2013, USD 138 million in 2014 (up 38%), USD181 million (31%) by 2015 and USD230 million (27%) by 2016. In addition to organic growth, FPT Software aims at M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions).

Top ICT Vietnam was held for the first time in 1998 for the Gold Medal and in 2001 for the Top 5.
