At the esteemed "Employer of Choice 2023" award ceremony, FPT Telecom solidified its position as a leading enterprise, clinching two prestigious titles: first place as the Most Favorite Employer in the Telecommunications Industry and second place as the Most Favorite Employer in the large business group category.

This award, organized by CareerViet in collaboration with Amco Vietnam Market Research Company, upholds stringent standards of transparency and reliability. The survey commenced on November 28, 2023, and concluded with online voting on January 9, 2024, garnering participation from over 300 businesses across various industries.

The survey drew a diverse pool of over 62,000 participants, spanning various age groups and professional backgrounds from all provinces and cities nationwide. Nearly 40,000 surveys were conducted, focusing on criteria such as policies to attract and retain talent, alignment with the labor market, corporate social responsibility, work environment, and human resources management and development.
As a representative from FPT Telecom stated, securing the Top Most Favorite Employer award underscores the trust and appreciation candidates have for FPT's workplace culture in the labor market. Throughout 2023, a range of activities, events, and platforms were vigorously implemented, portraying FPT Telecom as a youthful and dynamic employer, thereby attracting students and external candidates to the company.
