FPT Showcases Advanced Technology Solutions at the National Forum for Digital Economy and Digital Society Development

In Nam Dinh, on September 14, 2023, as part of the first National Forum for Digital Economy and Digital Society Development, hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications and co-implemented by the Digital Economy and Society Division in collaboration with the IEC Group, FPT Corporation showcased a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions for governments and businesses of all scales to contribute to the national digital transformation.

During the forum, FPT presented a range of advanced solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of provinces, organizations, and enterprises. These solutions include the digital authentication ecosystem with the e-Contract solution (FPT.eContract), the remote digital signature (FPT.eSign), the digital authentication anti-counterfeit solution (FPT.IDCheck), the e-contract authentication system (FPT.CeCA); The business process automation solution - akaBot; FPT Camera and a series of utilities designed to adapt to the Government's Project 06, aiming to develop the digital economy and digital society.

The solutions that support the sustainable digital economy

In the context of fostering digital economic development, FPT introduced the FPT.eContract - the electronic contract solution. After three years of launching, FPT.eContract has become one of the leading e-signature solutions in the market with over two million transactions, more than four million partners, and more than 1,500 corporate customers, including well-known brands like VNPay, Vietjet, Be, Tiki, and 30Shine.

Besides, FPT presented FPT.eSign, the leading digital signature service in Vietnam with over 70% market share, issuing more than 10 million digital certificates annually. FPT.eSign has been preferred for electronic transactions across various sectors, including Banking and Finance, Insurance, Securities, Real Estate, Taxation, Treasury, and Customs.

In order to accelerate business operations, FPT introduced akaBot, a comprehensive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that provides virtual robotic assistants capable of mimicking human actions to perform repetitive tasks in large quantities. To date, akaBot has served over 3,500 businesses in 21 countries, with over 10,000 virtual robots deployed. akaBot's virtual assistants have freed more than 11 million employees from tedious tasks, shortened working time by 70%, and saved up to 21.9 million working hours per year.

FPT representative introduced the "Made by FPT" ecosystem to the Head of the Central Economic Commission and the Minister of Information and Communications.

The solutions that promote the digital society

To promote the development of a digital society, FPT introduces the solution of authenticating chip-mounted citizen identity (ID) cards - FPT.IDCheck - and the ID Card Reader device - FPT.IDReader. These solutions can identify faces with 100% accuracy, catering to identity authentication needs in various fields such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, E-commerce, and Real Estate, as well as in any organization (schools, notary offices, hospitals, etc.).

FPT also unveiled the FPT Camera, a synchronized, comprehensive solution integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for data monitoring, storage, and management on cloud computing platforms. This solution can recognize faces and distinguish between strangers and acquaintances, enhancing home security, especially for households with the elderly and young children. It also helps differentiate human movements from objects, minimizing unnecessary alerts.

FPT expert suggested database solutions

At the thematic session of the event, Mr. Le Thanh Bac - Director of Electronic Service Center, FPT IS - shared with local and business leaders a presentation titled: "Full-process digital signatures and authentication platform - promoting Vietnam's digital economy".

Accordingly, FPT has been actively involved in digital transformation with 40 provinces and cities. Currently, FPT Corporation has 30 utility models associated with Project 06. The Corporation places significant emphasis on building a database infrastructure that enables real-time decision-making by local authorities and enhances the productivity of public employees, ultimately delivering convenience to citizens.

In addition to the presentation, FPT demonstrated the e-contract signing process on FPT.eContract, allowing businesses to sign securely and authenticate documents on a unified platform. FPT recently introduced FPT.eContract Lite, a free version with no usage time limits, catering to the signing needs of SMEs.

The first National Forum for Digital Economy and Digital Society Development is hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications and co-implemented by the Digital Economy and Society Division in collaboration with the IEC Group. In 2023, the forum is envisioned as an annual platform for government agencies, businesses, and experts to focus on developing the digital economy and digital society in Vietnam, in line with Resolution 52 of the Politburo on proactive participation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The event consisted of a main session, three thematic seminars, and an international exhibition held on September 13-14, 2023, in Nam Dinh City, under the overarching theme "Bringing Digital Platforms to Every Family."
