FPT and Mitsubishi Motors Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Explore Collaboration in Automotive Software and Digital Domain

Global IT services provider FPT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer, to initiate discussions on potential collaboration in the software and digital domain.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to initiate discussions to explore potential areas of collaboration in the software and digital domain, including but not limited to IT services, software development, and AI-related technologies, in order to support Mitsubishi Motors’ future initiatives in mobility. FPT will bring advanced expertise in AI and digital engineering, while Mitsubishi Motors will contribute its deep mobility knowledge across vehicle development and manufacturing.
Both sides will continue discussions with a view toward the potential establishment of a joint venture in the future, subject to further study and mutual agreement.
