HCMC can look up commercial housing project information via mobile app

Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction officially launched the application "Online Department of Construction - SXD247" in collaboration with FPT Information System Company Limited (FPT IS). With this app, city residents can search information on commercial housing projects from state agencies, project investors and promptly send comments to the Department.

SXD247 helps improve the user’s experience of using public products and services. This information channel will be fully and continuously updated with data on projects that the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction is managing.

It only takes SXD247 users a few seconds to find information on housing projects, including the projects’ square footage, investment scale and images as well as investor information, legal status and construction progress.

Apart from this, with the app, users can check other useful information related to the status of applications, licenses, certificates and administrative procedures.

At the moment, 9 out of 13 functions in the application have been completed. Citizens can now search up commercial housing projects as well as other useful information like urban planning, application processing status, certifications and experience of engineers and architects, project licenses, and legal procedures relevant to the Department of Construction.

“We will collaborate with the department to add subsystems to the app so that residents can use the app in an effective manner,” said Mr. Le Nguyen Diem, Head of E-Government and Healthcare Solutions, FPT IS.
