Starting a project with just three staff members and rapidly growing the team to 85 people within ten months, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai - Deputy Director of the Strategic Software Unit in Hanoi - FPT Software, is one of the exemplary individuals in the top Under 35 FPT. At 34, he is the Deputy Director of the Strategic Software Unit in Hanoi (FHN), responsible for the Global sector (from production to sales).  Ms. Tran Lan Huong has been Deputy Director of the Global Business Center at FPT Telecom International Company (FTI) - FPT Telecom - since the age of 32. She heads up the Global Business Center - FTI toward the GoGlobal orientation, bringing the FPT Telecom brand name to the international telecommunications market. With keen business acumen, Ms. Tran Lan Huong has helped the unit earn over 30% revenue growth over the years, reaching significant profitability and labor productivity milestones. In addition to achieving high-level plans, Ms. Huong has differentiated her team with identity and cohesion.  Within FPT Corporation, there have been numerous outstanding individuals like Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai and Ms. Tran Lan Huong.
