It was part of the content at the seminar under the theme "AI-Powered End-to-End Automation for the Real World". Being co-organized by FPT IS and IBM Vietnam recently, the event attracted nearly 60 guests from large banks, insurance institutions, and securities companies in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the event, Mr. Quan Bao Thang - Deputy Director of Finance and Banking at FPT IS - said: "Among the most popular trends today are AI and RPA. Mr. Quan Bao Thang - Deputy Director of Finance and Banking, FPT IS - gave a speech. Accompanying FPT IS throughout the seminar was IBM Vietnam - a leading technology company providing end-to-end automation solutions in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Sharing at the event, the IBM Vietnam expert pointed out the digital transformation roadmap of businesses encapsulated in such levels: From digitization to the final destination of digital creativity, digital product discovery, digital services, and digital processes. At the most basic level, digitization means bringing data and processes from different methods to a centralized platform for stricter management, especially for the banking sector - An industry with multiple functions of account opening, loan approval, and intricate documents. Similarly, in other fields, documents and processes are business-centric and must go hand in hand. To solve this issue, Mr. Ngo Thanh Hien - IBM Vietnam Automation Solution Consultant - shared about ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Solution - A place to archive digital documents and manage unstructured data. Combined with AI and RPA, ECM would create a hyper-automation solution. It would be a combination of core automation technology with AI and Big data to analyze, evaluate and propose solutions for resource management and efficient operation, creating a starting point to develop digital labor for the future. "We have been proudly a solution provider for automation solutions for years. So whenever there is a need for digital transformation, think of IBM and partners like FPT IS as the most comprehensive automation solution providers", emphasized Mr. Hien. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khang - Director of Software Solutions, IBM Vietnam - gave some words on the topic "Management of rules and policies in smart business automation". Mr. Khang said that the core of a successful automation strategy is mandatorily integrating AI into the system and embedding AI in policies to finalize the process. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khang - Director of Software Solutions, IBM Vietnam After constructing the process automation system, cyber security and safety when transferring documents and files also mattered. The IBM Sterling B2B Integration and Managed File Transfer solution, introduced by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - IBM Data AI Solution Manager, would help simplify, standardize and modernize the file transfer processes in the business. According to Gartner, up to 55% of the traffic, internal and external files, got cyber risks. Meanwhile, business growth rises the number of files exchanged inside and outside the enterprise. With IBM solutions, companies could limit the disclosure of confidential information and avoid data loss on the transmission, ensuring data safety. When implementing a new system or solution, the implementation partner plays a significant role in leading to success or failure. An expert of FPT IS, Mr. Nguyen Tien Ha, shared his experience in implementing automation projects for large commercial banks in Vietnam. From a consulting perspective, FPT IS proposed to build an architectural framework related to BPM from infrastructure to the database system. The customer then chose the pilot process to deploy and replicate into the core processes if it gained positive results. Every time it was released for testing, the customer was assured that the system errors were eliminated thanks to the IBM application. As a reliable companion of businesses, particularly banks and financial institutions, FPT IS and major partners like IBM were willing to cooperate to create digital solutions to catch up with the global digital transformation trend. Moreover, they were committed to promoting the future of Vietnam's digital business and economy
