Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards: FPT "Dominates" with Six Excellent Digital Technology Awards

Hanoi, October 7, 2023 - At the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2023, FPT won six out of 20 awards in the category of Excellent digital products, services, and solutions aimed at addressing practical issues and needs of life. It is the 6th year the awards have been organized to honor the exceptional achievements of state agencies, enterprises, and individuals contributing to the digital transformation process in Vietnam.

FPT's six award-winning products include: The Robotic Process Automation solution in SaaS model (RPAaaS) - UBot & UVote; The End-to-End authentication solution for signing documents - FPT.eContract & FPT.CeCA; The digital authentication and anti-counterfeiting solution - FPT.IDCheck; FPT Cloud computing platform; FPT Play app; Virtual On-call Call Center Service - FPT ONCALL.

These products are part of the "Made by FPT" ecosystem, applying the latest technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Big Data, Hyper Automation, IoT, etc., aiming to gain insights, intelligently serve, and bring the highest value to every day and all stages of life for citizens in the new era. The ecosystem aims to provide practical and compelling benefits to millions of Vietnamese people, tens of thousands of businesses, and organizations globally in all fields.

It has developed over 40 utility models for data exploration and utilization, shifting connection methods to bring practical benefits to people and companies. For example, in public administration, FPT's model has supported 90% of administrative procedures in Hanoi, Tay Ninh, Quang Ninh, and Hai Phong to be conducted digitally.

The Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards is an annual event of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) under the auspices of the Ministry of Information and Communications in response to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10. It contributes to implementing the Party and State's policy on developing science, technology, and innovation, promoting the national digital transformation process, building a digital government, and developing a digital economy and society.
