FPT and TTC officially become strategic partners

On the afternoon of October 27, 2023, FPT - the global technology corporation operating in 30 countries - and TTC - a multi-industry investment group with nearly five decades of development -  announced a cooperation agreement.

This signing ceremony initiates a collaborative relationship between the two sides based on their core strengths. The partnership also provides opportunities to leverage the products and services of both companies for customers, partners, and the public.

The ceremony was attended by Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc - Deputy Permanent Chairperson and CEO of TTC Group; Mr. Dang Hong Anh - Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam (VYEA) and Vice Chairman of TTC Group; Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - CEO of FPT Corporation; top leaders of TTC and FPT, partners, and guests.

Accordingly, TTC and FPT will collaborate in business based on a long-term partnership to synergize their brands and existing capabilities. Remarkably, this event is of significant importance to the TTC Group in implementing the 5-year development strategy (2021 - 2025), with a vision until 2030.

Specifically, the TTC Group commits to prioritizing FPT Corporation with preferential policies applied to products/services developed by TTC, cooperation in investment, and exclusive distribution. The agreement is applicable in various key sectors, including: (1) Agriculture; (2) Resort real estate; (3) Tourism real estate; (4) Industrial real estate; (5) Tourism; (6) Products such as sand, asphalt, alcohol, and logistics services; (7) Solar energy; (8) Construction - industrial, civil and infrastructure; (9) Office leasing and commercial center services; (10) Consumer products; (11) Education; (12) Health care services; (13) Beauty care services, along with many other preferential policies of the TTC Group and its member companies.

On the other side, FPT commits to prioritizing TTC Group in collaborating, developing, and using FPT's technology ecosystem, as well as distributing some products and services designed or co-invested by FPT.

In detail, FPT's preferential policies will be applied to TTC Group in products and services such as: (1) Digital transformation consulting services; (2) Cloud computing services; (3) AI services on the FPT AI platform; (4) Software products, business model support, and enterprise operation and management solutions; (5) Telecommunications, Internet, television, cameras; (6) Purchases on the Sendo Farm e-commerce platform; (7) Technology products at FPT's affiliated stores - FPT Shop, and more.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Hong Anh - Chairman of the VYEA and Vice Chairman of TTC Group - highly praised the values that FPT (and its nearly 70,000 employees) has brought to the community and society in its 35 years of history. He hoped the agreement would help bring high-quality products and services at preferential prices to customers and employees of both parties.

The signing ceremony marks a step forward in the partnership between TTC and FPT for exploring new business opportunities and contributing to sustainable growth. The event also officially kicks off a series of collaboration activities by TTC, following the success of the Preferential Policy Announcement program for partners with the theme "Cooperation for Development," organized by TTC in July 2023.
