FPT Corporation has been honored as a "Great Place to Work" for 2023 - 2024

With nearly 90% positive employee feedback, FPT Corporation, one of the leading technology conglomerates in Vietnam, has received certification and prestigious recognition from Great Place To Work (GPTW). This result serves as the demonstration of FPT's relentless efforts over the past 35 years to create a joyful work environment and a workplace culture that meets international standards.

According to GPTW, a global authority on workplace culture, FPT Corporation has been awarded the Great Place to Work certification based on an employee survey conducted in August. The GPTW survey results show that FPT Corporation is highly rated by employees in critical areas, including the fairness index, a friendly work environment, employee pride in the organization, colleague camaraderie, and satisfaction with leadership.

FPT Corporation was established on September 13, 1988, by 13 co-founders. As of August 2023, FPT has more than 63,000 employees worldwide, including 5,000 staff members working abroad in 30 countries and 2,500 foreigners. With its global presence and scale, FPT aims to build a happy workplace to pave the way for growth in the coming years.

People are identified as the heart of the organization. Therefore, the Corporation frequently introduces distinctive HR policies, focusing on enhancing employee experience to meet the needs of the younger generation and demonstrating its flexibility and continuous innovation. One that stands out is the housing and settlement policy, which intends to provide homes and vehicles for 6,000 employees within the next three years. Currently, 2,600 employees are participating in the program.
