Hanoi, February 4th 2021, The Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has officially entered into collaborative talks with FPT Smart Cloud regarding concerns of Artificial Intelligence development and Cloud Computing.

The rapidly increasing demands of 1,6 million users of SeABank’s products and services has been a major boon, but at the same time a major challenge for the corporation in providing timely assistance and consultation to its clients via the company hotline, while maintaining top operational and staff efficiency. As a result, SeABank had chosen to enter into a strategic partnership with FPT Smart Cloud, in doing so becoming the first bank in the system to utilize an Artificial Intelligence (AI), in the form of the FPT Virtual Hotline Assistant. This AI is capable of delivering an uninterrupted experience for the client, therefore significantly improving banking efficiency and ensuring that customer services remain active at all times, even during this complicated time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In particular at SeABank, the FPT Virtual Hotline Assistant allows the bank to operate at full capacity, especially during rush hours, due to its automated processes, allowing human staff to focus better on matters that are more urgent and/or delicate. Additionally, this implementation enables the client to achieve greater service experiences, such as 24/7 consultation and assistance.

The FPT Virtual Hotline Assistant AI’s implementation at SeABank will cover two automatic functions: Bank Card and Savings extension, as well as Payment due reminding.

Utilizing the state-of-the-art technologies in AI development, the FPT Virtual Hotline Assistant is the solution to making automated calls via the corporate hotline, both incoming and outgoing, or instant call diverting, in a most user-friendly, natural, and uninterrupted fashion. The AI is capable of managing thousands of calls at once with impeccable precision and synchronization. In addition, it will also confer an effective means of managing specifications, as well as importing and exporting of data in real-time. 

In the year of 2020, the FPT Virtual Hotline Assistant saw considerable use by Home Credit Vietnam, servicing the demands of hundreds of thousands of clients fully-automatically, from answering questions to reminding the customer of payment dues.
