FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, chairing the Private Sector Development Research Board (abbreviated as IV Board), shared with foreign enterprises that in the spirit of "tectonic government", Vietnam has shaped many policies and activities to support enterprises. In 2017 alone, more than 200 government-to-business dialogues were held. In addition, the Government of Vietnam has been paying attention to investing in the fourth industrial revolution as this can help Vietnam change its own position.

FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh talked to leaders of the world’s leading foreign enterprises.

At the meeting, the foreign business leaders highly appreciated the young, smart and studious human resources - the important qualities for success of human resources 4.0.

FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh and President of Siemens AG Joe Kaeser.

President of Siemens AG Joe Kaeser highly appreciated Vietnam's pace of development and its efforts and achievements over the past time. He also emphasized that Vietnam has dynamic human resources that meet the needs of the digital revolution. He appreciated the ability of FPT as they partnered with Siemens to train 4.0 human resources for not only Vietnam but also Japanese and European markets.

According to Kanazawa, Digital Transformation Director Lixil of Lixil, one of the largest companies in the building materials and housing equipment in Japan, Vietnam is one of the most important markets for Lixil. Lixil is currently focusing on 4.0, digital transformation and hopes to cooperate with Vietnamese firms in these areas.

The Deputy Prime Minister is very pleased to know the leading corporations such as Siemens, Airbus, Mitsubishi etc. have invested in Vietnam and cooperated with Vietnamese enterprises namely FPT to train 4.0 human resources and develop new technologies in many fields, including smart factories.

In the field of infrastructure, the Deputy PM said that Vietnam was a bit late with 3G and 4G infrastructure - but the nation will wait in front for 5G technology to support Industry 4.0.

In the field of national security, the Deputy PM said that as Vietnam has over 3000km of coastline, the development and use of aviation and satellite technology in national security surveillance is undoubtedly a high priority for both the Government of Vietnam and the Vietnamese. Industry 4.0 has created difficult problems in this area, but he believed that the Vietnamese people, who are possessed of traditional fondness for learning and creativeness, can fully master the technologies in the field of national security.

In the area of insurance and finance, the Deputy PM hoped that businesses would develop digital insurance and finance for global integration and exploit the market of 93 million people to its full potential.

The Deputy Prime Minister also underlined that Digital Transformation in Industry 4.0 is a problem about specific needs rather than the one about pure technologies. Therefore, with the support mechanism of the Government, the digital transformation problems of global corporations and the availability of human resources for Industry 4.0 of Vietnam enterprises such as FPT, Vietnam will become the land of 4.0 actions.
