FPT has recently introduced Regulations on Complaints and Denunciations, which aim to safeguard the Corporation's integrity and core values. This initiative underscores FPT's commitment to fostering a positive, fair, transparent, and professional working environment while also ensuring the protection of the legal rights of the company itself, its employees, customers, and partners.
Accordingly, employees, external organizations, and individuals who identify issues warranting complaints can relay information to the FPT Legal and Compliance Supervision Department by emailing [email protected] or calling 024.7300.7300/ext: 48368.
The regulations encompass various types of complaints and denunciations, including fraud and corruption, conflicts of interest, violations of laws or company regulations, and other issues that damage or threaten to damage the legitimate rights and interests of the company and its employees.
The regulations also stipulate that FPT employees who make honest and timely complaints and denunciations may be eligible for suitable rewards to incentivize a spirit of constructive engagement. However, the regulations explicitly prohibit the exploitation of good intentions for wrongful acts, such as intentionally making false accusations, coercing, manipulating, inciting, seducing, or bribing individuals to make false accusations to defame or tarnish the image of individuals or organizations.
The company is dedicated to exerting reasonable efforts to safeguard complainants and whistleblowers, and it unequivocally condemns any form of retaliation against them.
Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, Executive Vice President of FPT, emphasized that ensuring fairness and transparency is ingrained in FPT's culture and has been consistently nurtured and preserved by corporate leaders across generations. Encouraging employees to voice their opinions and thoughts is a shared ethos at FPT. Whenever negative issues or violations affecting the company are identified, FPT employees demonstrate proactiveness and readiness to report and denounce through various channels, thus contributing to the company's development.
"With a global workforce exceeding 70,000 employees (including subsidiaries and affiliated companies), FPT recognizes the importance of establishing official regulations and channels for receiving information, complaints, and denunciations. To cultivate a more positive, fair, and transparent working environment every day, the leadership of the Corporation encourages all FPT employees to participate in sharing information and reporting violations. The spirit of daring to speak up about negative issues has become ingrained in the company's culture," he affirmed.
