FPT Japan launches a campaign to admit 100 candidates in three days

FPT Japan organized large scale seminars on study-work in Japan named "Head to the sun" in HCMC, Da Nang and Hanoi on May 5, 6 and 12 respectively. Within the framework of the seminars, FPT Japan will interview and recruit about 100 applicants for positions available in Japan and 100 applicants for the “10,000 Bridge Software Engineers” program (10K BrSE). In addition, it is expected that 30 scholarships worth a total of VND500 million will be given to 10K BrSE applicants.

This is one of t activities to meet the demand for 800 BrSEs for FPT Software's projects for Japanese clients in 2018. Participants will get accurate, clear and reliable information about career development and settlement in Japan.

The event is open to IT engineers, "non-IT" applicants and young people who want to join the 10K BrSE program.

"Head to the sun" in Hanoi on May 12 attracted nearly 300 participants

On May 5 and 6, the program took place in HCMC and Da Nang, attracting nearly 500 participants. 42 candidates were admitted at the event. 34 of them were selected as BrSEs at FPT Japan, earning between 3.5 and 7 million yen per year (from VND750 million to VND1.4 billion).

In Hanoi, the program takes place on May 12 at the Hanoi Museum, which is expected to attract around 200 participants.

As the first software company in Japan whose 100% capital was owned by a Vietnamese company, FPT Japan has always achieved high revenue growth over the past years. In 2017, FPT Japan earned VND3,599 billion in revenue, equivalent to USD163 million, accounting for 58% of total revenue of FPT Software and an increase of 26% yoy. FPT Japan currently has about 1,000 employees working at 06 offices in Japan and more than 7,000 people in Vietnam are serving projects for Japanese customers. In 2018, FPT Japan aims to reach USD200 million and 1,400 employees, as well as transform its model from a Vietnamese company in Japan to a real Japanese company.

At present, FPT Japan is the foreign IT company with the most employees in this country. By 2020, FPT Japan aims to become one of the 20 largest technology enterprises in Japan, the largest Tier 2 systems integrator in Japan with a planned revenue of USD 500 million and 3,000 staffs.
