FPT partner with Maker Hanoi to hold IoT chain events for community

From August 2017, FPT Technology Innovation Department will be in collaboration with Maker Hanoi to hld IoT Weekend Chain with the desire to create a playground for those who love technology the Internet of Things (IoT). Each 2-hour event will focus on the IoT and the pioneering technology trends such as Voice User Interface, self-propelled vehicles, cloud computing, virtual reality, natural language processing.

IoT Weekend Chain will be participated by well-known speakers who are serving as microprocessor engineers in the U.S., AR/VR expert in Japan, university professionals, experts from the leading technology companies in Vietnam like FPT, Topiica etc.

The tech events by FPT draw much attention.

According to FPT CTO Le Hong Viet share, FPT is currently geared towards developing community, building a tech ecosystem, in which FPT plays a role as a bridge. Besides sharing the data via the portal OpenFPT, creating some playgrounds such as programming Hackathon contest, Codewar, CodeFight …, holding some tech seminars such as TechDay, FPT have worked with other partners to launch programs for each group such as IoT, Cloud Computing, AI etc.

The first event with the topic “Voice User Interface and its role in Internet of Things” will be held on 26th August.
