On February 22nd, Da Nang delegation led by Mr. Ho Ky Minh - member of the Da Nang Party Committee's Standing Board, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee (DPC) made a New year visit to FPT Complex.

Director of FPT Software Danang Nguyen Tuan Phuong represented the achievements of the company as well as the orientation towards 2020. FPT is currently the largest IT Corporation in Da Nang as well as the Central region. FPT has gained great achievements, having a part in the development of the city for many years, contributing to making Da Nang an attractive destination in the field of software export and offering more than 2,000 jobs in the IT sector etc.

The Da Nang delegation made a visit to FPT Complex.

FPT Software Danang is expected to reach over 5,000 employees in the next three years, so it is necessary to accelerate recruitment. The latest goals are to transfer technology, expand global customer base, improve employees' skills and invest in building the second part of FPT Complex.

The biggest difficulty FPT Software Danang is facing is the human resources because the human resources in the city cannot meet needs in terms of both quantity and quality. "I would like the city to encourage more universities to develop IT major," said Phuong.

He also hoped that preferential tax policies would be shaped and more opportunities would be given to FPT to participate in major events to reach more clients.

Responding to the comments and suggestions of FPT's representative, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Ho Ky Minh asked the Department of Information and Communications to work with universities and colleges in the area to promote HR training. He also promised to support FPT to participate in Da Nang's major activities.

Mr. Minh had expectations of FPT's development and its greater contribution to the development of the city.
